LEGAL / PRIVACY
Your data.
Handled with purpose.
This Notice explains what TradePulse may process, why it is used, how optional MT5 reporting works, and how to contact us about privacy.
1. Scope
This Privacy Notice explains how TradePulse handles personal information when you visit tradepulsecapitals.com, create or use a TradePulse client account, purchase a subscription, contact support, or enable optional account reporting.
TradePulse is operated and billed through Nordik Digital Inc. For privacy questions, contact support@tradepulsecapitals.com.
2. Information we may collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may process:
- Account information such as your name, email address, account identifiers and verification status.
- Subscription and billing references such as plan, subscription status, Stripe customer/subscription/invoice identifiers, payment status and paid-through date.
- MT5 licensing information such as your TradePulse Client ID, selected plan, MT5 account number and broker/server details used to validate a license.
- Optional account-reporting data that you choose to share, which can include balance, equity, margin information, open positions, completed trades and related trading/account metadata.
- Support communications and information you send to us.
- Technical and security information such as IP address, browser or device information, request logs, timestamps, error information and security/audit records.
3. Payments
Stripe processes subscription payments. TradePulse does not need to store your full card number or card security code. Stripe may process payment, identity, fraud-prevention, billing and transaction information under Stripe’s own terms and privacy practices.
TradePulse may retain the Stripe references and payment-status information needed to provide subscription access, display billing status, process webhook events, reconcile payments, support customers and detect abuse.
4. Optional MT5 account reporting
Reporting is permission-based. Current EA releases can include an account-reporting capability, but TradePulse stores reporting data only after you grant reporting permission in your client portal.
You can withdraw that permission in the client portal and disable the EA’s ShareAccountData setting in MetaTrader 5. Withdrawing permission does not necessarily delete historical records immediately where retention is reasonably required for security, dispute handling, compliance, or system integrity.
5. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; verify email addresses; provide and validate licenses; deliver EA downloads; operate subscriptions and billing; provide the client portal; process support requests; protect against fraud, abuse and unauthorized licensing; troubleshoot errors; maintain audit records; and improve service reliability.
Where required by applicable law, we rely on an appropriate legal basis for processing, such as performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, or compliance with legal obligations.
7. Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Notice, including providing active subscriptions, maintaining billing and audit records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing abuse, and meeting legal or accounting requirements.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service, email system, broker connection, or internet transmission can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
8. Your choices and privacy requests
You can update certain account and billing information through your client and Stripe billing portals. You can also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or another privacy right available under law that applies to you.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a privacy request, and some records may need to be retained where required or permitted by law.
10. International processing
TradePulse, its operator, customers and service providers can be located in different countries. Information may therefore be processed outside your country of residence. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, appropriate safeguards should be used.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Notice as the service, providers, data practices or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted here with its updated date.
